Refund Policy
The MyoSphere
Refund Policy
Effective Date: September 7, 2026
All registrations for The Myosphere Symposium are final and nonrefundable.
The Myosphere does not offer refunds for attendee cancellations, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel issues, changes in personal circumstances, or inability to attend the Symposium in person.
If an attendee is unable to participate in person, available alternatives may include:
attending the Symposium remotely, when virtual participation is offered; and/or
accessing available Symposium recordings after the event.
Registration may also be transferred to another eligible attendee if The Myosphere is notified in advance and the transfer can be completed before the event.
Failure to attend the Symposium does not qualify for a refund.
Event Changes
The Myosphere reserves the right to make reasonable changes to speakers, presentation topics, schedules, session times, event format, or other programming as circumstances require. Changes to individual speakers, presentations, schedules, or programming do not qualify for a refund.
If circumstances beyond The Myosphere's reasonable control require the Symposium to be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or converted to a virtual or alternative format, registrations will remain valid for the revised event or available educational content.
Because remote participation and/or recorded content may be made available, registration fees remain nonrefundable in these circumstances.
If The Myosphere cancels the Symposium entirely and does not provide a rescheduled event, remote program, recordings, or substantially equivalent educational content, The Myosphere will determine the appropriate remedy for registered attendees.
The Myosphere is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, or other travel or personal expenses associated with attending the Symposium. Attendees are encouraged to make refundable travel arrangements or obtain travel insurance when appropriate.
